Is Candice Anitra 'Too Much Woman' For You?

Today we have some special treats exclusively for our SoulBouncers from Bounce-Worthy artist Candice Anitra. First up is a world premiere from the feisty songstress who has released the second video from her debut album, Bark Then Bite, and in contrast to the fairly simple yet beautiful "Objectify," the video for "Too Much Woman" has a lot more going on. The song itself deals with Candice acknowledging and then admonishing those who bring negativity into her life with lines such as "A pacifist in pumps / Not afraid to throw a punch / Or eat your hurt feelings for lunch." The video, created by award-winning director Vinz Feller and animator Biljana Labovic, sees Candice drawing a line under -- or rather around -- such negative people, effectively rendering them and their comments harmless. It's great to see independent artists going that extra step with their video concepts lately.

In addition to these new visuals, Ms. Anitra also has a trippy remix of "Too Much Woman" by Bling Mod that she's serving up for a free download. This isn't the only surprise that she has in store -- Candice has given us the scoop that her sophomore album, entitled Big Tree, will be available at the top of 2012. Consider us ready and waiting.
