If she had seen today, Amy Winehouse would have been 28 years old. The music world is still reeling from her loss, but it can find some solace in this just released video for her duet with Tony Bennett, "Body and Soul." The duet, which took Winehouse back to her jazz-influenced roots, is a perfect pairing, with her husky styling melding perfectly with Bennett's smoothness. The video may be the clichéd studio affair you come to expect with these kind of projects, but it's intimate feel allows us to see Amy in her element. You don't see the Amy of her erratic final performance here. Instead you see her looking much healthier (and happier) and performing with the charm for which she was first known. After looking at this, you can't help but wonder what more she could've done. Duets II is due out next Tuesday, September 20th.
