Nas caused quite the stir when he released his touching ode to fatherhood, "Daughters." His reflective and personal look at his journey as a father raising a daughter instantly proved to fans that his thought-provoking lyrical skills hadn't faltered over the course of his near 20-year career. Over the weekend, he offered up equally touching visuals for the song. Directed by Chris Robinson, the video shows Nas' journey through fatherhood as seen through the eyes of his daughter, Destiny. We see various glimpses of sometimes rocky relationship with her famous dad through flashback, ranging from taking her first steps to falling into the wrong crowd. It isn't until the end that we get to see that it is his real 17-year-old daughter that Nas is watching drive away. A fittingly poignant video for such an intimate look at fatherhood.
