It's hard to believe that the group Arrested Development has been in this music game for 20 years, but the calendar doesn't lie. To celebrate the milestone, the group is back together and on the road for a 20th anniversary concert tour. Fans in the Washington, DC area will get to witness said tour on Sunday, September 23rd when the group stops in the city to perform at the legendary Howard Theatre.
