With the release of her second freEP P R E S S U R E last summer, Canadian chanteuse Rochelle Jordan had a great 2012. And now, it looks like she's planning to have an even better 2013. First up, she's dropped the new track "Impossible." On the cut, which utilizes a screwed and chopped sample of Lil Wayne and Drake's "She Will," she once again confronts a difficult love and puts him in his place. As feisty as ever, RoJo rides the beat effortlessly, at times singing at an almost breakneck pace. While it might not measure up to the moody goodness found on P R E S S U R E, it's still up there with her best material. Second, Ms. Jordan will finally be giving us US Bouncers some stateside love. She'll be the opening act for fellow Aaliyah-inspired vocalist Jessie Ware during her stateside promo tour this month. While tickets are going fast, there might still be a chance to get in on the RoJo show (you can find dates and info here). While you contemplate what other major moves Rochelle will make this year, listen and download "Impossible" to your collection.
