Tricky 'Does It' Once Again

Tricky is still on the comeback trail in advance of his upcoming album, False Idols. He released the lead single from the project, the moody "Nothing's Changed," at top of the month. Now, he provides us with the set's first visual for "Does It." Once again enlisting Francesca Belmonte, the trip-hop OG keeps it in his wheelhouse with an ominous groove and monotone vocals that underscore the seriousness of the song's lyrics. For the visuals, he expands on that doom and gloom. Clips of protest, civil unrest and destruction around the world are played as Tricky and Francesca perform in simple set pieces. All in all, though simple, the clip is filled with pretty powerful and arresting images that add to the track's overall menacing appeal. You can check out the clip below, and don't forget that False Idols drops on May 28th.
