Get Ready To 'Burn' Up The Dance Floor With Disclosure's 'Fire'

You can't kick off Memorial Day weekend without taking a trip to the house. Here to aid you in that mission is Disclosure with the latest release from their upcoming Settle, "When A Fire Starts To Burn." While the Disclosure guys have shown us that they know their way around a dance floor groove with previous releases, "When A Fire" is a horse of a different color. Breaking from their formula, it has no featured vocalist and no lyrics other than the looped vocal sample. What that leaves us with is just four-and-a-half minutes of pure, unadulterated soulful house music that sounds like it was ripped straight from the early '90s. In that short period of time, they manage to craft a groove heavy on the kick drum and slick with amped up synthesizer sounds that doesn't skimp on the hi hat. In other words, this one is guaranted to make you WERK when the DJ throws it on at the club. So go ahead and prepare to sweat out that perm as you check out "When A Fire Starts To Burn," and be sure to pick up Settle in its entirety when it drops June 4th.
