Beyoncé's 'Sun' Shines In Belgium

June has arrived and we have less than three weeks until the official start of summer, and yet we still have no official single from Beyoncé. Yes, one could argue that the leak of "Grown Woman" a few weeks back should be enough to quell the masses. However, with Bey winding up the European leg of her The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour to bring it stateside by month's end, I'd say that now would be the perfect time for Mrs. Knowles-Carter to drop a hot single/video combo. Alas, we Americans must be content with commercial teases and the sloppy seconds of our European friends. Thankfully those friends have cameras ready and are willing to share. During her tour stop in Antwerp, Belgium, Bey decided to give the audience something special when she performed the full version of "Standing on the Sun" (you know, the H&M commercial jingle) and a kind Belgian caught it. Looking lovely in flowing, multi-colored dresses, Bey and her dancers give us pretty much what we saw in the ad...until the second verse kicks in. That's when things get all boom fiyah as a bit of island flavor is injected via Bey's ja-fakin' accent an unspecified guest artist. The performance is all well and good, but I think I can speak for us all when I say that we're gonna need an official something before the album's rumored November release.
