Fall 'More In Love' With Marcus & Jean Baylor's The Baylor Project

Thanksgiving came and went last week with most of us winding up in a food coma at some point during the day. However, there was more to Thanksgiving than turkey dinners, parades, football and plotting what you'd be buying on Black Friday. Married musicians Marcus Baylor and Jean Baylor, performing together as The Baylor Project and who we last heard on Brandon Williams' single "Stronger," decided to release their first single and music video on the holiday, and it's something to be very thankful for. "More To Love" is a beautiful blend of soul and jazz -- two genres that this couple have mastered -- that finds Jean singing about the joys of being in love and asking the rhetorical question "How could I be more in love with you?". Jean's pitch-perfect vocals are one thing, but this song's instrumentation is on another level altogether with hubby Marcus holding it down on drums. We get a peek at the making of "More To Love" in the music video that takes us from the studio to the stage and even follows the Baylors to a corner store and to a playground where they indulge in a little soccer with some neighborhood kids. Color me impressed that Jean got out there and kicked the soccer ball in a skirt and with high-heeled boots on and not a hair on her head became un-laid. That, my friends, takes skill. Watch the visuals for "More To Love" then make haste to download this song from Bandcamp and stay tuned for more from The Baylor Project.
