UK house duo Billon are new to SoulBounce, but their track "Special" featuring Maxine Ashley has been burning up BBC Radio recently and hints at a bright future. Guest vocalist Maxine Ashley's star has been steadily ascending since her February release "Perpetual Nights," which featured the always welcome Pharrell Williams.
