On Sunday afternoon, Justin Timberlake wasn't getting ready for the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles like most pop stars, but he was getting ready to hit another stage halfway around the world. JT already had a date on The 20/20 Experience World Tour in Iceland at the Kórinn auditorium in Kopavogur just outside of Reykjavík that he couldn't miss, and thanks to Yahoo! Live and Live Nation his fans around the world didn't get to miss it either with the live stream on Yahoo! Screen.

For those Timberlake fans who missed him when the tour came to their city -- or those who did catch his 20/20 Experience live show and wanted to relive the magic -- this was the perfect opportunity to see it all. Prior to watching this show, I fell into the former category, and I was a little salty about it since JT came to the DMV area twice and I missed both shows. But yesterday, that all changed, and I felt like I was right there in Iceland minus standing on my feet all night.

The sold out gig was jam-packed with what looked like half of Iceland in attendance to see Justin Timberlake and his band The Tennessee Kids perform an entertaining set of new jams and old hits. Timberlake and company deftly moved from the new to the old and back, kicking off the concert with "Pusher Love Girl," one of the highlights from The 20/20 Experience. Tracks from parts one and two of 20/20 got some major shine peppered throughout and the show, but it was tracks from his previous three solo efforts that received a huge crowd response.

From "Rock Your Body" until the time be brought "SexyBack" during the encore, Timberlake sang, danced and even hopped on a couple different instruments to show his musicality throughout the night. His band, background singers and dancers were on point as usual and matched his energy, but it was the energy of the audience that really set this concert off. Justin was often backed up by a few thousand voices singing his songs word for word, clapping and otherwise reveling in his show as much as he was enjoying them.

That enjoyment spread worldwide to fans who were getting to virtually attend this stop on The 20/20 Experience World Tour for free. For those of us watching on Yahoo! Screen, the multi-camera shoot gave us vantage points that you'd never get whether you were in front or the last row of the live show. Also, the post-concert replay enabling anyone to watch at their leisure, can't be beat. I've already played it a couple times or 10.
