After much delay, Chris Brown is finally bringing his anticipated X to the masses on Tuesday. That means it's time to hit the promo trail for Mr. Brown, and he did just that with an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night. Decked out in head-to-toe red and accompanied by red-faced dancers and The Roots, Chris brought the album's title track "X" and his hit "Loyal" to the stage for a televised mashup.
While Chris' previous post-jail outings have lacked a lot in the vocals department, this go-around actually went much smoother, with the singer sounding much stronger and reminding us of the talent we were first introduced to back in the early days of his career. But don't think for a second that he put his own dancing aside. He broke it down alongside his dancers in the final moments of "X," sending the audience into a tizzy.
All in all, it was good showing for Breezy and more than enough to pique interest in what X will be bringing when it drops on September 16th.
