LL Cool J discards his award show host tuxedo to hit the streets with reggae star Mavado in the video for "The Hustler." The Benny Boom-directed clips features every element of the hood you can possibly imagine (just in case you've never visited). Along with bike riders, even Ruff Ryders actually, a few women in the shortest of shorts cooking up something illegal and neighborhood guys throwing up hand signs, we even see Waka Flocka's mom and breakout Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Deb Antney make an appearance. The collaboration between the two, which was produced by Jerry Wonda, shows a different side of the G.O.A.T. who is back after taking some time off to graze in Hollywood. You can't tell that he's been out of the hip-hop game in the video as he blends right in with his fellow hustlers on the streets of Queens and Brooklyn where the video was filmed.

While we can appreciate seeing LL back in action, the G.O.A.T. brings nothing new to the hip-hop dinner table that we haven't seen or heard. With his hat to the back and two chains on, we can only hope this is the beginning of more videos for the Queens, New York emcee minus the gimmicks. While we wait for LL to bring us something different in his upcoming release of G.O.A.T. 2, we can't knock the hustle. Go ahead check out the video for "The Hustler" and watch Uncle L and Mavado take it back to the streets.
