It was a dreary, rainy night in New York City when Russell Taylor took the stage at The Cutting Room on Wednesday, October 22, 2014. But, despite the rain outside, Russell kept the atmosphere inside warm and electric as he entertained and thrilled the audience. The crooner, who also had copies of his newly released album War of Hearts on hand, performed several of his well-known tracks during the short but very sweet set, including "Somewhere In Between," a stunning cover of "I Can't Make You Love Me," "War of Hearts" and his current single "Hope." The talented singer even improvised an encore with a rendition of his song "Blueprint," which he hadn't rehearsed with his five-piece band. Not that they needed any help finding their way, as they played the song like they'd been done it for years. All in all, it was the perfect night for any music lover to be in attendance.
