Ms. Lauryn Hill is having a good 2015 and building on the momentum of her work on the Nina Simone tribute album. It's great to hear Lauryn on wax again, even if she is singing someone else's songs, while we wait for new original material from the singer. Hill is keeping quite busy, though, with a full tour schedule that will find her coming to the DMV area for a concert at Baltimore's Pier Six Pavilion on Friday, August 7th. Opening up for Ms. Hill will be special guest Raury, and this show has the potential to be a fantastic night of music under the stars.
