A day after celebrating Thanksgiving with Jill Scott, Steve Harvey flipped the script (and his set decorations) to celebrate Christmas with Santa's biggest helper, none other than Mariah Carey. Steve dedicated the entire hour of his daytime talk show to the most fabulous fan of the holiday. Mariah kept it over the top as usual starting with her outfit, a form-fitting Christmas tree green dress accented by enough jewels fit for a queen. (She did realize this was daytime TV and not an awards show, right? Of course she did!)
Mariah made a grand entrance during Harvey's "Ask Steve" segment when she surprised a young woman who asked for pointers on how to take the perfect selfie. The woman then took the selfie of a lifetime with Mimi and Steve, much to her delight.
Carey next sat down with Steve to talk about a little bit of everything, including her little cherubs, co-parenting with Nick Cannon, her new billionaire bae (who gifted her with all those dazzling jewels) and, of course, Christmas and her new children's book based on her Yuletide classic "All I Want For Christmas Is You." Although Mariah didn't sing a lick during the hour with Steve, a good time was still had by all. If you'd like to hear Mariah Carey sing this holiday season, your best bet will be to see her second annual All I Want For Christmas Is You concert series at The Beacon Theatre in New York City starting December 8th through December 18th.
