NBC’s much anticipated reboot of the Broadway production turned cult classic film The Wiz is just a few short weeks away, and to help us get in the spirit of what is to come they’re giving us a bit of exclusive rehearsal footage to fawn over. Stephanie Mills, the original Dorothy, and Shanice Williams, the new budding actress playing Dorothy this time around, have joined forces to sing the big ballad “Home” and it is quite a beautiful sight and sound to behold. Both Mills and Williams take their sweet time singing about what home means to Dorothy. Not only do they sound beautiful, but also it is even more beautiful to witness them encouraging each other as the other one takes the lead.
