Blackstreet featuring Teddy Riley and Dave Hollister made quite a splash with an energetic performance of their classic '90s R&B jams at the 24th Annual Capital Jazz Fest in Columbia, MD on Saturday, June 4th. Although this was their first performance at Capital Jazz, Teddy Riley let it be known that they wanted to come back soon and next time do a longer set for their fans.
