Is there any artist that comes off as sweet as ASH.? The songbird has had us enthralled ever since she dropped her debut, The Perfect EP. And our love for her has only grown since, especially with the release of her most recent project, The Please Like Me EP. While each song on the set is delightful, the title track of the set is perhaps one of her best and now we have a wonderful new visual to go with it.
ASH. continues the '80s feel found on the EP and in the visual for single "I Know Who" with a clip that looks like it came straight of 1989. ASH. rocks feathered hair, a tied top and high-wasted jeans in the clip as she sings against graffiti-covered backdrops about the apple of her eye. And while it's hard to imagine someone as beautiful and lovable as ASH. actually having to plead for someone to take an interest in her, she captures the vulnerable yet hopeful feeling of crushing on someone quite well, with a mix of giddiness and nervousness showing on her face as she looks at the camera. So does she get what she wants? Well, we'll let you watch and find out.
