It’s about to go down at the trillest summer music festival in the DMV, Trillectro. What all started five years ago as an artist showcase for upcoming talent is now highly anticipated each year in the Nation's Capital and has grown in popularity with its fresh, young acts similar to Broccoli City Festival.

Not just a music festival with mainstream artists, such as headliners Kid Cudi and Rae Sremmurd, Trillectro is a festival with a combination of hip-hop, rap, trap, R&B, electronic and tropical sounds with a focus on local DMV acts. Whatever your tastes, local music connoisseurs are in for an awe-inspiring event with homegrown talent and indie artists who are on the verge of their big break. Trillectro provides a platform bridging the gap between the unseen, unknown and unheard and puts people on to who's got next.

The list of artists that will light up this year’s stage hailing from the DMV include SoulBounce fave GoldLink, recent signee to J.Cole’s Dreamville Records Ari Lennox, rising DJ/producer Lean Quatifah (yeah, that’s his name), transcendent electronic singer Mista Selecta, trap music’s newest heavy-hitter Jay IDK and experimental electronic soulster Dirty Chocolate. Many other acts are scheduled to rock the event's two stages, such as Larry June, Esta. and Cousin Stizz.
