For better or worse, Amina Pankey (aka Amina Buddafly) has allowed the world weekly access to the details of her life via VH1's Love & Hip Hop. The German-bred beauty came to this country with dreams of making it big as a singer, but instead, her claim-to-fame is being involved in a puzzling love triangle with her once-secret husband Peter Gunz and Tara Wallace. During the Season 6 reunion show, years of trifling behavior (by everyone involved) came to a head when Amina revealed that she was pregnant with Peter's tenth child while Tara was simultaneously pregnant with his ninth.

Well, shorty after the August birth of their daughter Bronx, Amina fueled divorce rumors by moving to L.A. in an attempt to ditch the drama. As she continues to move on with her life, she seems to be taking Beyoncé's "best revenge is your paper" advice to heart for 2017. In addition to releasing an autobiographical book called The Other Woman, the aspiring artist has also premiered a new music video in advance of her upcoming project Music In My Room. The book spills whatever tea is left on Amina's life and the tensions surrounding her marriage and the show. And if "More Than You" is any indication, the album won't be holding back either. The introspective ballad works as a good showcase for her delicate and sincere vocals while Amina looks into the camera and strikes several poses in the Catherine Ouelette-directed video. There's no storyline for the visuals, but she paints a clear picture using her words as she sings, “I’ve come to know that loving me’s a privilege and loving me is a win. Loving me should be appreciated, my heart not broken. I’m worth more than an option and no doubt I’m more than two. I’m the one who leaves this knowing I deserve more than you.” Welp!

If you're #TeamAmina or just plain curious, scroll down and check out the video for "More Than You." Make sure you follow Amina Buddafly on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to watch this continuing drama unfold. Although Amina hasn't revealed a release date for Music In My Room, she's aiming to spark further interest in both the album and the book with a series of clips described as "scenes from the book," featuring bad acting and interesting musical snippets of the upcoming project. Mrs. Pankey is also currently doing a book tour in support of The Other Woman where she'll be on hand to autograph your copy and treat fans to an acoustic performance. The book is available for purchase via Amazon or through her website.
