Beyoncé Wrote A Touching Foreword For New Book On Prince

We already know that Prince loved Beyoncé and Bey loved her some of His Royal Purpleness. Bey's love has translated into the superstar writing the foreword for a new book by Prince's longtime photog and friend Afshin Shahidi. “Truth be told," the singer wrote in a preview provided by Entertainment Weekly, "the word ‘icon’ only scratches the surface of what Prince was and what he remains to me.” Shahidi, who happens to be the father of actress Yara Shahidi, is set to drop his book Prince: A Private View this October. #PurpleLemonade
