Goapele And Franklin Bridge Perform Live In D.C. Friday Night

Ever since learning a few weeks ago that Goapele and Franklin Bridge would be performing in Washington, D.C. tomorrow night, I've been doing a daily happy dance in anticipation. Being a Bay Area babe, Goapele's appearances on the East coast are pretty infrequent, so this is a show not to be missed because there's no telling when she'll be this way again. And with the addition of Philly's finest band, Franklin Bridge, as her opening act, this concert couldn't get any tighter.

This is one of Franklin Bridge's first shows since being booted off of The Next Great American Band, so it's time to come out and represent, Team Franklin Bridge. If you liked what you saw on FOX, then I assure you that seeing Franklin Bridge live will have you wide open. I chatted with lead singer Curt Chambers over the weekend at Eric Roberson's Bmore show, and he assured me that the fellas are ready to rock this Friday. So be there tomorrow night or be mad at yourself the next day when you hear about it.
