Despite the proclamations of some (okay, one) that SoulBounce needs to (and I'm paraphrasing here) stop swinging from the pair housed between Erykah Badu's legs, we have decided to pursue our tireless coverage of Ms. Analogue Girl in this digital world because as Butta pointed out yesterday, Erykah is just so darned fascinating. Of note, Ms. Badu will be featured in a new documentary entitled Before The Music Dies exposing the perils of musicians wanting to make it big, only to discover that the current music industry climate does not reward innovation at the expense of the almighty dollar. And as anyone who has listened to Erykah's latest New Amerykah Part One could tell you, it is nothing if not innovative. The list includes getting breast and butt implants, buying a long weave, and walking butt-naked wearing nothing but glitter and a beeper on your hip. She is pure comedy.
