Amy Winehouse Covers Alicia Keys…Sorta

Recently a series of videos of Amy Winehouse have popped up online via her drinking (and drugging?) buddy Pete Doherty's YouTube page. A couple of the homemade movies are interesting in a disturbing, watching a train wreck kind of way. How else would one describe Wino playing with a litter of newborn mice? But thankfully the most recent video isn't as creepy, and it's vermin free. Ames can be seen in her beehive, bra, and booty shorts with her 12-year-old goddaughter Dionne D., and they're singing Alicia Keys' "If I Ain't Got You." Well, Dionne is doing most of the singing while Amy does a bad impersonation of a guitar player and warbles a few lyrics toward the end. Who am I kidding? This is a train wreck, too.

And by a show of hands, would you leave your preteen with Amy and Pete? If you raised your hand, please smack yourself as you lower it.

  1. Lol! I'll have to watch this when I get home.

  2. The young girl has a good voice! She's got some potential. Love that she's singing Alicia Keys. Amy is a walking cartoon. LOL.

  3. At least the little girl can sing. But poor Ames. I can't even call it poor anymore.

  4. This is probably the only thing that is bringing Amy joy right now- mentoring her talented goddaughter.
