We have been singing the praises of the movie Black Dynamite here at SoulBounce way before any of us even saw the film based on the trailer then later the soundtrack alone. But once we saw the flick, it was a wrap. Spoofs can either be hit or miss, but this take on '70s Blaxpolitation films was a bonafide winner across the board. Jam-packed with jive talk, afros and action, this is one of the most hilarious urban movies to be released in years and has the makings of a cult classic. Starring Michael Jai White, Arsenio Hall, Brian McKnight and a who's who of Black Hollywood, it's a must see. In the event that you didn't get to catch it during its limited run in theaters, today is your lucky day because it is finally being released on DVD.
