Here is the cover to Toni Braxton's upcoming album, Pulse. It's not bad, but it's not particularly great either. Don't get me wrong, Toni looks great here. She is still a size nothing, has beautiful skin and radiates sexiness. But it would've been nice to see her sans wig-or-weave since she's confidently rocking a cute short 'do once again. And what's up with the flowing in the wind dress? It all looks a bit dated, and Toni is anything but. Nothing about this cover says "pulse" to me. What say you, SoulBouncers? Does this cover make you want to run out and buy the album when it hits stores on May 4th?
