I told you earlier that NYC had it going on this week on the live music tip, and in case you didn't believe me, then just check out Sol Village going down this Wednesday, May 19 at S.O.B.'s. The monthly showcase is on and poppin once again with Eric Roberson holding it down as the host with a slew of new indie artists poised to take the stage to show you New Yorkers what they got. On tap this month is Adoree, Anise, Zara McFarlane and Kojo Modibo Sun, who are all names that are new to me, but I'm sure that they have some surprises in store. Do yourself a favor and pick up your tickets in person at the S.O.B.'s box office or online at TicketWeb for the bargain price of $10 in advance/$12 day of show. Or you can be one of two lucky NYC Bouncers who will win a pair of tickets courtesy of us once you enter after the bounce.
