Quadron has a lock on the quiet groove. This video for "Simili Life" is in the same vein as some of their other videos, with the fading focus and the the warm, barley saturate color. It opens on a woman who is reading a letter that has the word "truth" written, as the song's lyrics tell us about finding out the truth. But there is plenty of subtlety elsewhere and the video focuses on the aforementioned woman clearing her mind in the wake of an ending we're left to assume was unexpected. It's hard not to zen out to the trance-like quality of the song, which is beautiful on its own, while watching this video but it's surely worth a try.
