Like the cliche says, all good things must come to an end, and this week marks the finale of both the Master of the Mix DJ reality competition series and, if you happen to reside in the Washington, DC area, the weekly viewing parties that Lil SoSo Productions has thrown since the series began. For the past eight weeks, LSP has had Wednesday nights on lock in the DMV with the Party Rockers events celebrating DJ culture and showcasing turntablists from around the area during screenings of MOTM with adult beverages courtesy of show sponsor Smirnoff. To cap a glorious run, LSP will be ending Party Rockers in style--international style, that is--bringing DJs from the DMV and the UK together for one night only on Wednesday, December 22nd at Muse. Some of our favorite turntable kings will be in the mix at Muse, located at 717 6th Street, NW, including DJ Stylus and Spyda the DJ from near and Motet, Mark de Clive-Lowe and Barry King from far. Who will win it all between DJ Scratch and Vikter Duplaix when season one of Master of the Mix ends is anyone's guess, but what we know for sure is that this Lil SoSo Productions grand finale is going to be off the hook.
