Marsha Ambrosius Wakes Us Up With 'Late Nights & Early Mornings'

I have to say that I enjoyed Marsha Ambrosius' Late Nights & Early Mornings much more than I thought I would. Between "Hope She Cheats On You (Blah Blah Blah)" and early album reviews from Team SoulBounce, my hopes weren't too high for the project, but I went into listening to it with an open mind and was thoroughly surprised and impressed. And so were enough of her fans to boost the record to #2 on the Billboard 200 in its first week of release. Marsha has been making the requisite rounds to promote her new record and Monday morning found her on Good Morning America singing the current single "Far Away" and the album's title track, which is one of my personal faves from the collection with its Prince-esque sound.
