Women Unite With Their 'Untold Songs' In Support Of Amnesty International

What's better than a 23-track compilation of great music from some of the most promising female talent around? A 23-track compilation that is also in support of a very worthwhile cause, that's what. Untold Songs: Volume One, the brainchild of London-based singer and events organizer Belle, has been put together to highlight and support Amnesty International's "Stop Violence Against Women" campaign. The compilation covers spoken-word, R&B, soul, folk, electronica, and everything in between, some of which is exclusive to this project and some of which is gleaned from the various artist's latest projects. Artists featured include Kadija Kamara, Vula Malinga, Stac, Sarina Leah, Hedi Vogel, Ursula Rucker, and Tanya Auclair to name but a few. The digital-only compilation is to be released on June 11th via Jus Like Music Records, and you can take a listen to the sampler below. Check out the full tracklist after the bounce and be sure to show your support when the release drops next week.
