YahZarah Needs Her Fans To 'Come Save The Day'

Life can be tough for the indie artist. Without the big bucks of a major label, it often falls to the artists themselves (and their fans) to fund projects, whether that be a new album, single, or side project. This need has seen the rise of sites such as Kickstarter and IndieGoGo, which allow artists to appeal to their followers, families, friends, and fans to help out with cash donations. They also allow the artist to reward their fans for any help received and give the fans a sense of being involved in the music, a win-win situation. The latest artist to use this model to fund a project is DC songstress YahZarah who is looking for assistance to complete a video for the track "Love Come Save The Day" from The Ballad of Purple Saint James. We've already seen the Jem and the Holograms-inspired video for "Why Dontcha Call Me No More" and the sassy "Cry Over You," so we know that YahZarah will deliver the goods, so all we need to do is give her a helping hand. If you would like to make a donation, however large or small, then head on over to the project's IndieGoGo page, but be quick, there are only 10 days remaining to reach the target.
