Andy Allo & Prince Show Their 'Love' For Amy Winehouse

The music world is still reeling from the news of Amy Winehouse's untimely passing over the weekend. As with many beloved artists taken from us too soon, Amy's legacy and artistry has been honored by her peers. While some decided to take to Twitter to express their condolences, Bounce-Worthy fave Andy Allo and Prince honored the late singer's memory by performing a simple, haunting cover of "Love Is A Losing Game," the painfully melancholy ballad from Winehouse's 2007 breakthrough album Back to Black. This isn't the first time that Prince has performed this song -- he's even performed it with Amy herself -- but it takes on a different color in this version. Changing the lyrics slightly to reflect on Amy, the finality of Allo singing "To them you were a flame" atop the mournful sound of Prince's guitar playing really drives home the hurt of losing such talent so young. It's a fitting tribute for a flame that flickered out long before it should have.
