Last week we gave you a sneak peek at Sola Rosa's new album in the form of a free download of the albums instrumental title track "Get It Together." Now we have the official first single "Turn Around," featuring Kiwi songstress Iva Lamkum and an accompanying video. "Turn Around" is equal parts hip-hop, soul, and dub with Iva's very distinctive vocals riding over the top of the brass-heavy beat. The video is a simple affair, with Iva and two dancers set against a black background and the full band joining them towards the end. Various bits of time-lapse animation are thrown in to add a little interest, but the visuals are nothing ground-breaking -- then again the music more than makes up for any visual shortcomings.
