The Endangered Are 'Calling On You' To Listen To Them Live

There's nothing like live music. It separates the studio fakers from the real music makers, and it makes said music come all the way alive. An act on my long "must see in concert" list is the group The Endangered, whose shows I've been hearing rave reviews about. Since releasing their self-titled EP last month, the Bounce-Worthy band has performed a few dates in the Los Angeles area, and this past Monday night they graced the stage at Hotel Cafe in Hollywood.
Band members Maiya Sykes, Nick Block, Frank Abraham and Gene Coye were joined by Brandon Coleman on keys and Leddie Garcia on percussion, and from the sound of this live recording of their current single, "Calling On You," those in attendance were treated to a hell of a show. Maiya and the band sound as good here as they do on record, which is always the ultimate test, and from the crowd reaction, they totally delivered. Have a listen, download the track and cross your fingers that The Endangered decide to go on tour some time soon.
