Ahmed Sirour has done it again. What is the "it" in question this time around you may ask because the man is capable of so much as we've seen and heard this year alone? Well, after adding mashup master to the skills section of his resume this past spring when he dropped The Heavy Supremes' "Nuttin' But Reflections" on us where he flawlessly blended songs by Heavy D and Diana Ross & the Supremes together, he is back with some heat for the summer. Get your roller skates ready for his latest concoction, a mashup of Faith Evans' 1998 classic "Love Like This" with a throw from way back in 1974 from The Fatback Band with their "Wicki Wacky." Sirour briefly explains the inspiration and process through which this mashup that he dubs "Love Wicki Like This" by Fatback Faith came to be on his Bandcamp page where he is also graciously allowing fans to download this summertime fine groove for free.
