We gave you a teaser of the new track "Changin'" from the upcoming EP of the same name from the Bounce-Worthy Electric Empire a few weeks back, and now the band has decided to be very kind to fans by making the track available for free download for a limited time, in the lead up to the EP release on October 26th.
Upon hearing the complete track, it's safe to say the boys are heading in a more modern, mainstream direction this time around and showing us that change is indeed a good thing. "Changin'" is a solid & contemporary track, with a driving beat complimented by vocalist Jason Heerah's sublime falsetto. It remains to be seen if rest of the EP sees them continuing to move forward in their sound, while maintaining the soul qualities that made fans all over the world fall in love with them in the first place, but one thing is for sure, they're transitioning in more than just their sound as they've officially grown from a three to a four-piece band. I don't normally like change, but I sure am looking forward to finding out what other ones the new Electric Empire EP brings.
