That line can apply to many things in life, but it's especially applicable to matters of the heart. Sometimes you never know how good a love thing was until you're out of it and wishing you were back in it. It's with that notion in mind that Lenny Williams sings from the heart in the video for "This Is For The One That Got Away." He wishes he could get that old thing back, but all he can do is congratulate his old flame on her new life and love. She may have been the one, but his realization is too little, too late. As expected, Lenny keeps is grown and classy once again.
