Self-proclaimed soul superhero and BET Music
Matters participant Charles Perry is
premiering his first single and debut music video this week. Starring Perry vying
for the affection of Emmanuelle Chriqui,
best known for her role on HBO's hit series Entourage,
"I Could Be The Best Time of Your Life" follows a steamy chase and whirlwind of
desperate yet super-soulful pleas. Unfortunately, photograph collages, mimosas
and dance breaks can't even stop Emmanuelle from eventually running into the
arms of Jurassic Park star Jeff Goldblum. Best of all, if we were to
take away the impressive Hollywood cameos and flashy effects of this clip,
Charles Perry's incredible vocal performance would stand alone and keep
you interested. Perry's yet-to-be-titled debut album is said to be inspired by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Little Richard and Freddie Mercury. No information on a release
date yet, but we will be waiting for sure.
