We first introduced you to French pianist/composer/producer Gotta (aka Philippe Arcostanzo) back in 2011, when he released his Think Aloud (Session I) EP. Since then he has been steadily releasing material (including the fantastic remix of The Soul Rebels "504"), that has never failed to impress. His latest release is no different as he teams up with French vocalist Hyleen Gil -- the two worked together on Hyleen's recent EP -- to cover Beyoncé's "Déjà Vu." This is no straightforward reading of the pop hit however, as Gotta and Hyleen have transformed the track, injecting a jazzy swing and spoken word elements. I'm sure some of you may disagree, but I'd take this over the original any day.
