Kelly Rowland and The-Dream start their Lights Out Tour in a few days, and one of the first stops will find them rolling into the DMV on Sunday, May 26th. They'll be performing at The Fillmore Silver Spring that night at a show that is sure to set your Memorial Day Weekend and the unofficial start to summer off pretty lovely.
