Someone give me a glass of whatever Robin Hannibal is drinking. The producer/instrumentalist/music machine must have some form of super-human powers, spreading his talents around as he has this year. We won't recount everything he's been involved in, but a quick flick through our archives should convince you that Robin is on course to become some kind of indie super-producer. The latest to receive his magic touch are Copenhagen quartet When Saints Go Machine, who recently released their third LP, Infinity Pool, and got Robin on board to remix the track "Iodine." Whereas the original is a chilly slice of synth-laden electro-pop, the remix adds warmth and a hefty helping of soul, which, in my opinion, knocks the original outta the water.
