Rudimental & Bipolar Sunshine Go The 'Distance'

How much can you accomplish in 24 hours? Aside from practicing the art of procrastination and going through all two seasons of New Girl, I find out that I can and do a lot, but could I write, produce, record, distribute and then perform live a song in that time frame? Um, no, I couldn't, but the talented collective Rudimental can and they do on "Distance." Taking burgeoning talent Bipolar Sunshine along for the ride, the summery horn-infused and '70's jazz-fusion inspired track was made especially for the Bacardi Beginnings project, who prompted the challenge. UK's Beginnings project is a pretty sweet deal as it latches established talent with up-and-comers in order to give a leg up to those breaking into the biz, and the best part is that we, the loyal music junkies, get to experience some great music that comes out of these collaborations. So the lesson to learn here is that teamwork does make the dream work after all. For more info on the Barcadi Beginnings project check its official site.
