You'll Be 'Trying' To Hear More Water Seed

The city of New Orleans is known for its music, specifically brass bands and jazz. However, indie soul band Water Seed is out to show that there's more to the Big Easy's music scene than what its known for. The group presents the city from their perspective in their latest video for the track "I'm Trying." The clip shows the band's members taking a sun-drenched bike ride through the city's famed French Quarter interspersed with various footage and images from past live shows and rehearsals. It provides the perfect backdrop for the song itself, a mellow ditty that's sure to uplift the spirit. "I'm Trying" is taken from the band's latest release Wonder Love 2, which dropped last month. The album is the follow up to their iTunes Top 100 release Wonder Love 1, which saw the group increase their visibility with performances during the 2013 Essence Festival and at New York City's storied Blue Note. So hop on and take a tour of the city through Water Seed's eyes in the clip before heading over to their website to show your support by copping their stellar release.
