Papua New Guinea-born and Australia-based soul man Travis Lee doesn't only possess a butter smooth voice that got us open when we first heard his song "Take You Away," but he puts in work behind the boards as well writing and producing much of his own material. The multi-talent also flexes his production skills on the remix tip, previously putting his stamp on popular song's by artists such as Aaliyah and Beyoncé. To ring in the new year he's let a new remix loose with his rework of Donell Jones' 1999 hit "U Know What's Up." Travis smoothes out Donell's original and takes out Lisa Lopes' rap but retains the and two-step factor. It also sounds as if Lee has supplemented the original with some vocals of his own added to the mix. Whatever the case, we'll definitely body roll to this.
