Here at SBHQ we are always ready for some new music from Soulpersona, so you can imagine our excitement when we came across news that he will be releasing a new EP this month alongside production company R&B Moguls and regular collaborator Princess Freesia. So far there is little information as to what we can expect from Fateful Attraction, however two snippets have appeared on YouTube, the first being the EP's title track (which also doubles as a teaser trailer of sorts) and the second for a song called "I Won't Forget." Those familiar with Soulpersona's previous work will find a lot to like in these snippets as he is revisiting that late-'70s/early-'80s smoothed out soul vibe that has become his signature sound, rounded off nicely with Freesia's super-sexy vocals. Fateful Attraction serves as the perfect appetizer for the pair's upcoming Soulperfreesia album, which is due later this year.
