Katy B is mostly known for keeping strobe lights happy on the dance floor, but she cools down in a surprise twist for her latest single "Still." Not known for being a balladeer, hearing "Still" bookend her scorching Little Red set did jar me out of its element for a bit, but seeing the beautiful visual for it has allowed me a second look at what is an intensely raw ballad that gives new dimensions to not only Katy B's sound but to the way we do ballads today in general. Stylish yet minimal the video is, as most of it is draped all in glowing white with the exception Katy B's signature stark red-orange mane, but even in its simplicity, there is lots to admire here.
