It's ironic that this Trey Songz song is entitled "Change Your Mind," because that's precisely what's happened to my feelings about young Tremaine Neverson over the years. I've gone from turning the radio to a different channel or completely off whenever a song of his comes on, to finding myself doing a two-step to "Say Aah," to actually loving the song "What's Best For You" from his upcoming sixth album, Trigga, which hits stores on Tuesday, July 1st.
If you're so inclined to check Trigga out before you commit to buying it, MTV is streaming the album now, and you can listen to it after you watch the "Change Your Mind" clip, which features Trey and few hundred of his friends at a rooftop turn up. The party is all the way live with red plastic cups aplenty, product placement liquor flowing and beautiful people taking selfies and otherwise living it up while Trey sings and woos the ladies. With the NYC skyline and a clear blue sky as the backdrop, this video is fun and summery and matches the vibe of the song.
