THEN: Who knew that Diggs Duke would reach the levels that he has? Oh, that's right, we did when we deemed him Bounce-Worthy in 2011. Diggs immediately impressed us with his Gravity EP, which was chock full of inventive takes on jazz, R&B and soul. The prolific Mr. Duke continued to impress us with subsequent EP releases, including Mass Exodus: Vol. 1 & 2Black Gold and Right Side Up.

NOW: In the three short years since we discovered him, Diggs has made significant strides in his career. He's remixed, produced for and collaborated with several artists, including B.jamelleTall Black Guy and Kimbra. Most significantly, he was picked up by Gilles Peterson's Brownswood Records and released his first full-length album, Offering for Anxious, in 2013. His latest release from Brownswood is his EP The Upper Hand & Other Grand Illusions, which finds the talented Mr. Duke switching up his style and allowing other producers into the mix.
